This Thanks Giving Tuesday, The Rite Aid Foundation is covering praise across the nation by granting approximately $2.1 million to partner charity foundations through its Full of Thanks Holiday Program.
The Rite Aid Foundation organized this individual holiday plan, which contributes $5,000 awards to help more than 400 KidCents charity foundations across the country improving their attempts to enhance the health, safety, and wellbeing of children in their neighborhoods. Since 2017, The Rite Aid Foundation has granted a whole of $6.5 million through its holiday operations.
Child Awards Program
The influence of the gifts ranges from a dynamic healing riding center in Central Pennsylvania to an Oregon nonprofit that utilizes the power of pleasure to rehabilitate kids fighting disease and severe disabilities.
“Our KidCents co-worker partner charities include Rite Aid’s responsibility to be a caring neighbor in the neighborhoods we work in. There is no better time than GivingTuesday to show our gratitude to these companies for all they do throughout the year,” stated Jessica Kazmaier, director of The Rite Aid Foundation Board of Directors and chief human sources director for Rite Aid. “This is our way to show we are full of gratitude for our partners and the great work they do to accommodate kids with better lives, brighter futures, and expanded possibilities.”
The KidCents plan periodically carries a select group of more than 400 nonprofit, kid-focused companies assigned to promoting the health and wellbeing of children living in the associations Rite Aid serves. KidCents charity organizations may use their Full of Thanks program award to continue addressing critical children’s health and wellbeing concerns.
