Review I am commenting on the CVS at Belleview Shopping Center in Alexandria, VA. I would like to say how pleased I have been with the ladies at the front counter of the drug store-- Trudy, Esther, Merita, Donniel, Ann, etc. I believe that they are the chief selling point of the CVS at Belleview Shopping Center in Alexandria, VA. They are friendly and cheerful, answer all of the questions of customers, help customers locate products on the shelves, recommend products when appropriate, etc. I have been in command and supervisory positions in the military, and these ladies are what we would call a "force multiplier." Bart Gautier, the manager, I think has been doing a good job. However, he appears to be cutting back staff at the front counter of the Belleview Alexandria, VA, CVS, perhaps seeking to encourage customers to use the two machines available to pay and "engage in self check out." This strategy has backfired, causing quality of service to decline.
