Subject The WORST! Christina (pharmacist) makes this CVS unbearable
Review JUST GO TO THE CVS IN TARGET AND AVOID THIS PLACE ALL TOGETHER. The pharmacist, Christina, was rude and raising her voice at me from the beginning, and gave me SO much sass. I had been trying to fill an Rx that they kept telling me was out of stock, but would be there in a day or two. I had called yesterday and after 20+ minutes on hold, someone (female) picked up the phone and said they would check if my Rx was ready yet, they put me on hold, and after 10 more minutes, someone picks up the phone, types for a bit, and hangs up. No call back. When I got to CVS today, I find out that the med is finally in stock, but since I DIDN'T CALL TO REMIND THEM, they didn’t start filling it yet. That’s not my job to remind them! Christina then starts lecturing me about how rude it is for me to request Rx’s that I don’t need. I left the store in tears and without the Rx I had been waiting on for 3 weeks. I don’t know how she got into pharmacy school or got hired by CVS, but I hope they fire her ASAP
