Poor Customer Service and medicine never in stock

Just to use today as one example of poor customer service...I pull up to the drive-thru window and wait a minute. I finally see the same curly brown haired tech walk near the window, however, does not yet help me. Instead she finishes her text or whatever she was doing on her cell phone first. She then just walks up to window and just stares at me rather than a greeting or asking if I am picking up a prescription or dropping off. I just have to tell her I am there to pick up for * & *. She goes to get the bags. Comes back and says "We don't have one of yours. It will be Monday." (by the way, it's Friday) Now had this been the first time that I received poor service and just no personality from this same person, I wouldn't write a poor review. Unfortunately, this happens all the time!!!! It is also unfortunate that 95% of the time when I go to pickup medicine, they do not have it in stock. A courtesy call telling a customer that would be great so they don't waste gas or time!
