I was told on Wed daughter medicine was over nightEd to arrive Thursday. It's know Friday I called they couldn't even provide me with tracking number said oh will re ship in Monday you'll get it Tuesday. My child has never in over a year missed a treatment they were explained she can't lapse and was already hitting deadline. Lack of communication and neglect of patient. No tracking number and you say oh it got lost in shipment if that happened then I would of been provided with tracking. Not happy my kiddo is not happy we have had to cancel a fully paid for non refundable vacation now to wait another week. Very unprofessional and no call returned by a supervisor like I asked.
