US Pharmacy Data Pricing & Subscription Plans

Pick a monthly or annual plan with the access method you need—bulk CSV/GeoJSON, API, or custom delivery. All plans include support and fresh updates.

Choose the Right Plan for Your Use Case

  • Core: monthly CSV/GeoJSON, standard support.
  • Growth: weekly updates, API + CSV, priority support.
  • Enterprise: custom cadence, SLAs, and delivery.

What’s Included in Each Subscription Tier

  • Full roster with NPI, phones, hours, services.
  • Geocodes, ZIP+4, county, taxonomy, chain IDs.
  • Network participation, plan tiers, and quality flags.
  • Deltas and trends for adds/removals and coverage.

Update Frequency, Support and SLAs

Weekly or monthly refreshes, priority channels for Growth/Enterprise, and optional SLAs for uptime and response.

API Access vs Bulk Download Options

REST API for search/radius and identifiers; bulk CSV/GeoJSON/PostGIS for offline analytics.

Licensing, Usage Rights and Restrictions

  • Clear terms for marketing, product, analytics use.
  • Volume-based pricing; discounts for annual terms.
  • Ask about white-label and redistribution options.

Available reports

Pharmacy Export (core)

Row-level registry of pharmacies as they appear in payer networks. Includes organization/DBA, address, phone/fax, lat/long, taxonomy, network participation, plan_networks plus plan_network_names, and boolean pharmacy-type flags (clinic, retail, compounding, home infusion, institutional, LTC, mail order, managed care, nuclear, specialty). Quality flags highlight missing_phone, missing_geo, and possible_duplicate signatures.

Use it to build maps, coverage dashboards, prospect lists, and joins to claims/contracting systems.

Pharmacy Coverage State

State-level counts from the export—one row per state per run. Great for density benchmarks, pharmacies-per-100k metrics, and executive dashboards.

Pharmacy Network Participation

Counts of participating pharmacies per network_id with network_name included. Deduped at (network, pharmacy). Rank networks, size footprints, and monitor changes over time.

Pharmacy Network State

Matrix of (network_id, state) counts with readable names—a pivoted coverage view to compare network strength across regions.

Pharmacy Top Chains

Top chains by NPI count with normalized chain names (e.g., CVS/Caremark, Walgreens/WBA, Walmart/Sam’s, Kroger/Fred Meyer, Albertsons/Safeway). Ideal for competitive landscape and partner targeting.

Pharmacy Monthly Delta

Adds/removals vs. prior export, overall and per state, with previous_run_id for traceability. Monitor churn/expansion and network changes month-to-month.

Pharmacy Trend State

Time series by run_date and state: counts plus deltas and previous_run_id. Drop into BI for coverage trajectories and regulatory trend reporting.

Pharmacy Trend Network

Network-focused trends: counts and deltas per run and network_id with names. Track expansion/contraction nationally.

Pharmacy Access Band

Distance-band view per state (0–5, 5–10, 10–25, 25+ miles) showing nearest-pharmacy distribution. Identify dense markets, service gaps, and adequacy hot spots.

How pricing works

  • Plans are sized by record volume, update cadence, and delivery method (API, bulk feeds, or both).
  • We can start with a smaller footprint (e.g., pilot states or specific chains) and expand once the data is embedded in your workflows.
  • Every subscription includes onboarding help so your team can see value in days, not months.

FAQ: Billing, Contracts and Upgrades

How are subscription prices calculated?

Pricing reflects record volume, update cadence and access method. A small marketing team using monthly CSVs will be priced differently from a national health plan consuming weekly feeds and API access.

Can we start with a pilot before committing long term?

Yes. Many customers start with limited geographies or chains on a shorter term, then extend coverage and contract length once the data is wired into their pipelines and dashboards.

What kind of usage is allowed?

Internal use across your organization is covered by standard terms. If you plan to surface data inside commercial products or share with external clients, we simply scope a redistribution or white-label addendum.

What support do we get?

All plans include direct access to the data team for questions and corrections. Growth and Enterprise tiers can add formal SLAs around delivery windows and response times.
